The toolbar is a collection of icons above the work area that give the user quick access to Smart Board applications and functions
The Toolbar is completely customizable. You can add and remove icons to create whatever Smart Experience you want. In order to change icons you can either right click on an open space in the toolbar or chose View > Customize Toolbar from the Smart Menu Bar. The following window will appear on your screen:
Add or remove icons by dragging to and from the toolbar and this window.
The following list of icons are the default set that appears when you open the program.
Previous Smart Notebook Page
Next Smart Notebook Page
Insert Blank Smart Notebook Page
Open an existing Smart Notebook Page
Save your Smart Notebook File
Paste copied object(s) into a Smart Notebook file
Undo the last action you performed
Redo the last action you've performed
Delete any selected object
Show/Hide the Screen Shade on the current Smart Notebook page
Open Full Screen view
Launch Dual Page Display
Launch the Screen Capture toolbar
Activate the Smart Document Camera - not active with our document cameras
Insert a Table
Create Smart Response question - only if Smart Response software is installed
Select any object on the page with your finger or mouse
Write or draw on the Smart Notebook page with a pen tool
Write or draw on the Smart Notebook page with the creative pen tool
Erase digital ink on the Smart Notebook page
Draw a line
Create a shape
Draw a shape on the Smart Notebook page with the Shape pen
Use the Magic Pen to zoom and spotlight, or write in disappearing ink
Use the current fill effect to fill an object
Create a text-entry box for typing
Modify properties of a selected object
Move the toolbar to the bottom of the Smart Notebook page
For Icon 28 you can move the toolbar from the top of the page to the bottom of the page and vise/versa.
There are 6 icons that give you more choices when you click on them.
